Selligo / Privacy policy
Privacy policy
Last updated: 3 November 2026.
This policy describes the Selligo website and business software. The business responsible for Selligo and its public contact details are listed below.
Information we process
When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address and inquiry. Website hosting processes technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the site.
In the application, account and workspace information may include your email, membership and role. Businesses using Selligo provide lead contact details, consent records, qualification answers, messages, internal notes and business knowledge. They are responsible for ensuring they have authority to provide and use that information.
Why information is used
Information is used to provide account access, organize inquiries, support reviewed qualification and conversation workflows, answer support requests, protect the service and meet applicable obligations. Business knowledge and conversation context may be processed for AI-assisted workflows when the relevant service is enabled.
Connected platforms and service providers
Hosting, authentication, email and, where enabled, AI and messaging providers process information needed for their functions. Access is limited to the purpose of providing the relevant service and applicable provider terms.
Live Meta and WhatsApp onboarding remains pending. If enabled for a business, a connection may process authorized lead-form details, business account identifiers, message content and delivery statuses for the requested lead-response workflow. This website does not offer Facebook Login or collect Meta access tokens. Selligo does not sell customer lead data.
Website cookies and analytics
This public website does not set application cookies, run advertising pixels, embed third-party media or use analytics scripts. The separate authenticated application uses session cookies for account access. Infrastructure providers may process request data for security and delivery.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained as needed for the service, support, security and applicable obligations. Workspace retention settings and deletion processes can affect lead records. Backups and provider-held records may have separate retention cycles; deletion from the live application does not mean every backup or provider copy is immediately erased.
Your requests
You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information, or to ask about applicable privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. If a business supplied your information, contact that business as well because it controls its own lead records. Follow the data deletion instructions to make a request.
Security and policy updates
Selligo uses workspace access controls and authentication to restrict application access. No service can guarantee absolute security. We will update this page when our practices change, including when new live integrations become available.
